By submitting this application, I affirm that the facts set forth in it are true and complete. I understand that if I am accepted as a Puppy Parent I am making a commitment to own a Puppy. Any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations on this application may result in my immediate Rejection of the Application for one of our Puppies. We have the right to refuse to sell or re-home any puppies or dogs to anyone if we feel the home is unfit for our puppies, or if the person or persons interested do not meet our requirements. *This includes anyone who has been previously approved and then found to have made false statements on our Puppy application.
