Australian Labradoodle Puppies in Florida
We raise our Mini Australian Labradoodles in our family home in Sacramento, California, and we place them
with families across Florida — Miami, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville included. Here is exactly how it works.
Flight nanny to Florida
Your puppy flies in the cabin with a nanny from Sacramento (SMF) to Miami (MIA) or Orlando (MCO) — about 5.5 hours in the air. You meet them at arrivals.
Or come to Sacramento
Fly in, meet the parents and the litter, and take your puppy home in the cabin the same day. We prepare the carrier and the health certificate.
What travels with the puppy
Health certificate, vaccination record, microchip, ALAA registration, a go-home bag with familiar food and a blanket that smells like the litter.
Questions from Florida families
Do you deliver Australian Labradoodle puppies to Florida?
Yes. We are a Sacramento, California breeder and we regularly send puppies to families in Florida. Most families choose a flight nanny who carries the puppy in the cabin from Sacramento International (SMF) to Miami (MIA) or Orlando (MCO) — the flight takes about 5.5 hours. You meet the nanny at the arrivals gate, and your puppy is in your arms the same day.
Can we come to Sacramento and pick the puppy up ourselves?
Absolutely, and many Florida families do. You are welcome to fly in, meet the parents and take your puppy home with you in the cabin. We help with the paperwork, the carrier and the health certificate for the flight.
How much does it cost to bring a puppy to Florida?
Ground transport inside California is included. For Florida the cost depends on the airport and the season — we quote it honestly before you reserve, with no mark-up on the nanny's fee or the airline ticket.
Is the puppy healthy and ready to travel?
Every puppy leaves with a veterinary health certificate, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a microchip and ALAA registration. Parents are health-tested (OFA hips, elbows, eyes and Orivet DNA), and we never send a puppy before eight weeks of age.

Raising an Australian Labradoodle in Florida
Climate & coat care in Florida
Florida’s heat and humidity last most of the year, so shade, water and air conditioning are everyday essentials. Walk early in the morning or in the evening, and never leave your puppy in a car. A Labradoodle coat should be kept a manageable length and brushed to the skin — humidity and frequent swims can cause mats to form fast if the coat is left long.
Getting outdoors together
Many Florida Labradoodles love water. Teach pool safety early (show your puppy where the steps are), rinse the coat after salt water or pool swims, and dry the ears well. Keep dogs away from the edges of lakes, ponds and canals, where alligators can live.
Everyday life with your Labradoodle
Because fleas, ticks and mosquitoes are active year-round in Florida, talk to your veterinarian about continuous flea, tick and heartworm prevention. It is also smart to include your puppy in your family’s hurricane-season plan.
